Crichton lies on the operating table with the neural chip removed, unable to communicate. Aeryns cryogenic-ally frozen. The surgeon is able to restore Crichtons ability to speak. A dormant patient awakens and goes after everyone. Zahn attempts to revive Aeryn, but at a very high cost.
